9:13. וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֵלַי לֵאמֹר רָאִיתִי אֶת־הָעָם הַזֶּה וְהִנֵּה עַם־קְשֵׁה־עֹרֶף הוּא ׃

9:13. יג ויאמר יהוה אלי לאמר  ראיתי את העם הזה והנה עם קשה ערף הוא

9:13. Moreover, he said to me, "I have taken note of these people; they are a stubborn lot!
