3:7. כִּי לֹא יַעֲשֶׂה אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה דָּבָר כִּי אִם־גָּלָה סוֹדוֹ אֶל־עֲבָדָיו הַנְּבִיאִים ׃

3:7. ז כי לא יעשה אדני יהוה דבר כי אם גלה סודו אל עבדיו הנביאים

3:7. Certainly the sovereign LORD does nothing without first revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.
