25:39. ס וְכִי־יָמוּךְ אָחִיךָ עִמָּךְ וְנִמְכַּר־לָךְ לֹא־תַעֲבֹד בּוֹ עֲבֹדַת עָבֶד ׃

25:39. לט וכי ימוך אחיך עמך ונמכר לך--לא תעבד בו עבדת עבד

25:39. וְכִי־יָמוּךְ אָחִיךָ עִמָּךְ וְנִמְכַּר־לָךְ לֹא־תַעֲבֹד בֹּו עֲבֹדַת עָבֶד׃

25:39. ‏וְכִֽי־יָמ֥וּךְ אָחִ֛יךָ עִמָּ֖ךְ וְנִמְכַּר־לָ֑ךְ לֹא־תַעֲבֹ֥ד בּ֖וֹ עֲבֹ֥דַת עָֽבֶד׃

25:39. "'If your brother becomes impoverished with regard to you so that he sells himself to you, you must not subject him to slave service.

25:39. "If one of your fellow Israelites falls into poverty and is forced to sell himself to you, do not treat him as a slave.

25:39. And if thy brother be waxed poor with thee, and sell himself unto thee; thou shalt not make him to serve as a bond-servant.
