7:24. וְקַרְנַיָּא H7162 עֲשַׂר H6236 מִנַּהּ H4481 מַלְכוּתָה H4437 עַשְׂרָה H6236 מַלְכִין H4430 יְקֻמוּן H6966 וְאָחֳרָן H321 יְקוּם H6966 אַחֲרֵיהוֹן H311 וְהוּא H1932 יִשְׁנֵא H8133 מִן H4481 ־ CPUN קַדְמָיֵא H6933 וּתְלָתָה H8532 מַלְכִין H4430 יְהַשְׁפִּֽל H8214 ׃ EPUN

7:24. וְקַרְנַיָּא עֲשַׂר מִנַּהּ מַלְכוּתָה עַשְׂרָה מַלְכִין יְקֻמוּן וְאָחֳרָן יְקוּם אַחֲרֵיהוֹן וְהוּא יִשְׁנֵא מִן־קַדְמָיֵא וּתְלָתָה מַלְכִין יְהַשְׁפִּל ׃

7:24. כד וקרניא עשר--מנה מלכותא עשרה מלכין יקמון ואחרן יקום אחריהן והוא ישנא מן קדמיא ותלתה מלכין יהשפל

7:24. וְקַרְנַיָּא עֲשַׂר מִנַּהּ מַלְכוּתָה עַשְׂרָה מַלְכִין יְקֻמוּן וְאָחֳרָן יְקוּם אַחֲרֵיהֹון וְהוּא יִשְׁנֵא מִן־קַדְמָיֵא וּתְלָתָה מַלְכִין יְהַשְׁפִּל׃

7:24. ‏וְקַרְנַיָּ֣א עֲשַׂ֔ר מִנַּהּ֙ מַלְכוּתָ֔ה עַשְׂרָ֥ה מַלְכִ֖ין יְקֻמ֑וּן וְאָחֳרָ֞ן יְק֣וּם אַחֲרֵיה֗וֹן וְה֤וּא יִשְׁנֵא֙ מִן־קַדְמָיֵ֔א וּתְלָתָ֥ה מַלְכִ֖ין יְהַשְׁפִּֽל׃

7:24. The ten horns mean that ten kings will arise from that kingdom. Another king will arise after them, but he will be different from the earlier ones. He will humiliate three kings.

7:24. Its ten horns are ten kings who will rule that empire. Then another king will arise, different from the other ten, who will subdue three of them.
