4:10. וּמַאֲכָלְךָ אֲשֶׁר תֹּאכֲלֶנּוּ בְּמִשְׁקוֹל עֶשְׂרִים שֶׁקֶל לַיּוֹם מֵעֵת עַד־עֵת תֹּאכֲלֶנּוּ ׃

4:10. י ומאכלך אשר תאכלנו--במשקול עשרים שקל ליום  מעת עד עת תאכלנו

4:10. וּמַאֲכָלְךָ אֲשֶׁר תֹּאכֲלֶנּוּ בְּמִשְׁקֹול עֶשְׂרִים שֶׁקֶל לַיֹּום מֵעֵת עַד־עֵת תֹּאכֲלֶנּוּ׃

4:10. ‏וּמַאֲכָֽלְךָ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תֹּאכֲלֶ֔נּוּ בְּמִשְׁק֕וֹל עֶשְׂרִ֥ים שֶׁ֖קֶל לַיּ֑וֹם מֵעֵ֥ת עַד־עֵ֖ת תֹּאכֲלֶֽנּוּ׃

4:10. The food you eat will be eight ounces a day by weight; you must eat it at fixed times.

4:10. Ration this out to yourself, eight ounces of food for each day, and eat it at set times.

4:10. You will be allowed to use only 1 cup of that flour each day to make bread. You will eat that bread from time to time throughout the day.
