28:9. הֶאָמֹר תֹּאמַר אֱלֹהִים אָנִי לִפְנֵי הֹרְגֶךָ וְאַתָּה אָדָם וְלֹא־אֵל בְּיַד מְחַלְלֶיךָ ׃

28:9. ט האמר תאמר אלהים אני לפני הרגך  ואתה אדם ולא אל ביד מחלליך

28:9. הֶאָמֹר תֹּאמַר אֱלֹהִים אָנִי לִפְנֵי הֹרְגֶךָ וְאַתָּה אָדָם וְלֹא־אֵל בְּיַד מְחַלְלֶיךָ׃

28:9. ‏הֶאָמֹ֤ר תֹּאמַר֙ אֱלֹהִ֣ים אָ֔נִי לִפְנֵ֖י הֹֽרְגֶ֑ךָ וְאַתָּ֥ה אָדָ֛ם וְלֹא־אֵ֖ל בְּיַ֥ד מְחַלְלֶֽיךָ׃

28:9. Will you still say, "I am a god," before the one who kills you— though you are a man and not a god— when you are in the power of those who wound you?

28:9. Will you then boast, 'I am a god!' to those who kill you? To them you will be no god but merely a man!

28:9. Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou art man, and not God, in the hand of him that woundeth thee.

28:9. Will you still say, 'I am a god,' in the presence of those who kill you, though you are but a man, and no god, in the hands of those who slay you?

28:9. That person will kill you. Will you still say, "I am a god"? No! He will have you in his power. You will see that you are a man, not God!

28:9. Will you yet say before him who kills you, I am God? but you are man, and not God, in the hand of him who wounds you.
