24:12. תְּאֻנִים H8383 הֶלְאָת H3811 וְלֹֽא H3808 W-NPAR ־ CPUN תֵצֵא H3318 מִמֶּנָּה H4480 M-PREP-3FS רַבַּת H7227 חֶלְאָתָהּ H2457 בְּאֵשׁ H784 חֶלְאָתָֽהּ H2457 ׃ EPUN

24:12. תְּאֻנִים הֶלְאָת וְלֹא־תֵצֵא מִמֶּנָּה רַבַּת חֶלְאָתָהּ בְּאֵשׁ חֶלְאָתָהּ ׃

24:12. יב תאנים הלאת ולא תצא ממנה רבת חלאתה באש חלאתה

24:12. תְּאֻנִים הֶלְאָת וְלֹא־תֵצֵא מִמֶּנָּה רַבַּת חֶלְאָתָהּ בְּאֵשׁ חֶלְאָתָהּ׃

24:12. ‏תְּאֻנִ֖ים הֶלְאָ֑ת וְלֹֽא־תֵצֵ֤א מִמֶּ֙נָּה֙ רַבַּ֣ת חֶלְאָתָ֔הּ בְּאֵ֖שׁ חֶלְאָתָֽהּ׃

24:12. It has tried my patience; yet its thick rot is not removed from it. Subject its rot to the fire!

24:12. But it's hopeless; the corruption can't be cleaned out. So throw it into the fire.

24:12. She hath wearied herself with toil; yet her great rust goeth not forth out of her; her rust goeth not forth by fire.

24:12. She has wearied herself with toil; its abundant corrosion does not go out of it. Into the fire with its corrosion!

24:12. She hath wearied [herself] with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum [shall be] in the fire.

24:12. [With] sorrows she hath wearied herself, And the abundance of her scum goeth not out of her, In the fire [is] her scum.

24:12. "'Jerusalem might work hard to scrub away her stains. But that 'rust' will not go away! Only the fire of punishment will remove it.
