48:5. כִּי מַעֲלֵה הַלֻּחוֹת בִּבְכִי יַעֲלֶה־בֶּכִי כִּי בְּמוֹרַד חוֹרֹנַיִם צָרֵי צַעֲקַת־שֶׁבֶר שָׁמֵעוּ ׃

48:5. ה כי מעלה הלחות (הלחית) בבכי יעלה בכי  כי במורד חורנים צרי צעקת שבר שמעו

48:5. כִּי מַעֲלֵה [הַלֻּחֹות כ] (הַלּוּחִית ק) בִּבְכִי יַעֲלֶה־בֶּכִי כִּי בְּמֹורַד חֹורֹנַיִם צָרֵי צַעֲקַת־שֶׁבֶר שָׁמֵעוּ׃

48:5. ‏כִּ֚י מַעֲלֵ֣ה הלחות הַלּוּחִ֔ית3 בִּבְכִ֖י יַֽעֲלֶה־בֶּ֑כִי כִּ֚י בְּמוֹרַ֣ד חוֹרֹנַ֔יִם צָרֵ֥י צַֽעֲקַת־שֶׁ֖בֶר שָׁמֵֽעוּ׃

48:5. Indeed they will climb the slopes of Luhith, weeping continually as they go. For on the road down to Horonaim they will hear the cries of distress over the destruction.

48:5. Her refugees weep bitterly, climbing the slope to Luhith. They cry out in terror, descending the slope to Horonaim.

48:5. For by the ascent of Luhith with continual weeping shall they go up; for at the descent of Horonaim they have heard the distress of the cry of destruction.
