38:5. וַיֹּאמֶר H559 W-VQY3MS הַמֶּלֶךְ H4428 D-NMS צִדְקִיָּהוּ H6667 הִנֵּה H2009 IJEC ־ CPUN הוּא H1931 PPRO-3MS בְּיֶדְכֶם H3027 B-CFS-2MP כִּֽי H3588 CONJ ־ CPUN אֵין H369 NPAR הַמֶּלֶךְ H4428 D-NMS יוּכַל H3201 VQY3MS אֶתְכֶם H854 דָּבָֽר H1697 ׃ EPUN

38:5. וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ צִדְקִיָּהוּ הִנֵּה־הוּא בְּיֶדְכֶם כִּי־אֵין הַמֶּלֶךְ יוּכַל אֶתְכֶם דָּבָר ׃

38:5. ה ויאמר המלך צדקיהו הנה הוא בידכם  כי אין המלך יוכל אתכם דבר

38:5. וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ צִדְקִיָּהוּ הִנֵּה־הוּא בְּיֶדְכֶם כִּי־אֵין הַמֶּלֶךְ יוּכַל אֶתְכֶם דָּבָר׃

38:5. ‏וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ צִדְקִיָּ֔הוּ הִנֵּה־ה֖וּא בְּיֶדְכֶ֑ם כִּֽי־אֵ֣ין הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ יוּכַ֥ל אֶתְכֶ֖ם דָּבָֽר׃

38:5. King Zedekiah said to them, "Very well, you can do what you want with him. For I cannot do anything to stop you."

38:5. King Zedekiah agreed. "All right," he said. "Do as you like. I can't stop you."

38:5. And Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand; for the king is not he that can do anything against you.

38:5. King Zedekiah said, "Behold, he is in your hands, for the king can do nothing against you."

38:5. Then Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand: for the king [is] not [he that] can do [any] thing against you.

38:5. King Zedekiah said, "Behold, he is in your hands; for the king can do nothing against you."

38:5. And Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand: for the king is not he that can do any thing against you.

38:5. And the king Zedekiah saith, `Lo, he [is] in your hand: for the king is not able for you [in] anything.`

38:5. So King Zedekiah said to the officials, "Jeremiah is in your control. I cannot do anything to stop you."

38:5. Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand; for the king is not he who can do anything against you.
