42:24. מִי־נָתַן לִמְשׁוֹסֶה יַעֲקֹב וְיִשְׂרָאֵל לְבֹזְזִים הֲלוֹא יְהוָה זוּ חָטָאנוּ לוֹ וְלֹא־אָבוּ בִדְרָכָיו הָלוֹךְ וְלֹא שָׁמְעוּ בְּתוֹרָתוֹ ׃

42:24. כד מי נתן למשוסה (למשסה) יעקב וישראל לבזזים הלוא יהוה  זו חטאנו לו ולא אבו בדרכיו הלוך ולא שמעו בתורתו

42:24. מִי־נָתַן [לִמְשֹׁוסֶה כ] (לִמְשִׁסָּה ק) יַעֲקֹב וְיִשְׂרָאֵל לְבֹזְזִים הֲלֹוא יְהוָה זוּ חָטָאנוּ לֹו וְלֹא־אָבוּ בִדְרָכָיו הָלֹוךְ וְלֹא שָׁמְעוּ בְּתֹורָתֹו׃

42:24. ‏מִֽי־נָתַ֨ן למשוסה לִמְשִׁסָּ֧ה3 יַעֲקֹ֛ב וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל לְבֹזְזִ֖ים הֲל֣וֹא יְהוָ֑ה ז֚וּ חָטָ֣אנוּ ל֔וֹ וְלֹֽא־אָב֤וּ בִדְרָכָיו֙ הָל֔וֹךְ וְלֹ֥א שָׁמְע֖וּ בְּתוֹרָתֽוֹ׃

42:24. Who handed Jacob over to the robber? Who handed Israel over to the looters? Was it not the LORD, against whom we sinned? They refused to follow his commands; they disobeyed his law.

42:24. Who allowed Israel to be robbed and hurt? It was the LORD, against whom we sinned, for the people would not walk in his path, nor would they obey his law.

42:24. Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not Jehovah? he against whom we have sinned, and in whose ways they would not walk, neither were they obedient unto his law.

42:24. Who gave up Jacob to the looter, and Israel to the plunderers? Was it not the LORD, against whom we have sinned, in whose ways they would not walk, and whose law they would not obey?

42:24. Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law.

42:24. Who gave up Jacob to the spoiler, and Israel to the robbers? Was it not the LORD, against whom we have sinned, in whose ways they would not walk, and whose law they would not obey?

42:24. Who hath given Jacob for a spoil, And Israel to the spoilers? Is it not Jehovah -- He against whom we sinned? Yea, they have not been willing in His ways to walk, Nor have they hearkened to His law.

42:24. Who let people defeat Jacob? Who let them take what belonged to Israel? The Lord allowed them to do this. We sinned against him, so he let people take away our wealth. The people did not want to live the way he wanted. They refused to listen to his teaching.

42:24. Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? Didn\'t Yahweh? he against whom we have sinned, and in whose ways they would not walk, neither were they obedient to his law.
