31:4. אַל לַמְלָכִים לְמוֹאֵל אַל לַמְלָכִים שְׁתוֹ־יָיִן וּלְרוֹזְנִים אוֹ שֵׁכָר ׃

31:4. ד   אל למלכים למואל--אל למלכים שתו-יין    ולרוזנים או (אי) שכר

31:4. אַל לַמְלָכִים ׀ לְמֹואֵל אַל לַמְלָכִים שְׁתֹו־יָיִן וּלְרֹוזְנִים [אֹו כ] (אֵי ק) שֵׁכָר׃

31:4. ‏אַ֤ל לַֽמְלָכִ֨ים׀ לְֽמוֹאֵ֗ל אַ֣ל לַֽמְלָכִ֣ים שְׁתוֹ־יָ֑יִן וּ֝לְרוֹזְנִ֗ים או אֵ֣י שֵׁכָֽר׃

31:4. It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, or for rulers to crave strong drink,

31:4. It is not for kings, O Lemuel, to guzzle wine. Rulers should not crave alcohol.

31:4. It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; Nor for princes to say, Where is strong drink?

31:4. It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, or for rulers to take strong drink,

31:4. It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes {cf15i to say}, Where is strong drink?

31:4. Not for kings, O Lemuel, Not for kings, to drink wine, And for princes a desire of strong drink.

31:4. Lemuel, it is not wise for kings to drink wine. It is not wise for rulers to want beer.

31:4. It is not for kings, Lemuel; It is not for kings to drink wine; Nor for princes to say, \'Where is strong drink?\'
