29:2. בִּרְבוֹת צַדִּיקִים יִשְׂמַח הָעָם וּבִמְשֹׁל רָשָׁע יֵאָנַח עָם ׃

29:2. ב   ברבות צדיקים ישמח העם    ובמשל רשע יאנח עם

29:2. When the righteous become numerous, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan.

29:2. When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan.
