23:5. הֲתָעִוף עֵינֶיךָ בּוֹ וְאֵינֶנּוּ כִּי עָשֹׂה יַעֲשֶׂה־לּוֹ כְנָפַיִם כְּנֶשֶׁר וָעיּף הַשָּׁמָיִם ׃ פ

23:5. ה   התעוף (התעיף) עיניך בו    ואיננו כי עשה יעשה-לו כנפים    כנשר ועיף (יעוף) השמים

23:5. [הֲתָעוּף כ] (הֲתָעִיף ק) עֵינֶיךָ בֹּו וְאֵינֶנּוּ כִּי עָשֹׂה יַעֲשֶׂה־לֹּו כְנָפַיִם כְּנֶשֶׁר [וְעָיֵף כ] (יָעוּף ק) הַשָּׁמָיִם׃ פ

23:5. ‏התעוף הֲתָ֤עִיף עֵינֶ֥יךָ בּ֗וֹ וְֽאֵ֫ינֶ֥נּוּ כִּ֤י עָשֹׂ֣ה יַעֲשֶׂה־לּ֣וֹ כְנָפַ֑יִם כְּ֝נֶ֗שֶׁר ועיף יָע֥וּף הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ פ

23:5. When you gaze upon riches, they are gone, for they surely make wings for themselves, and fly off into the sky like an eagle!

23:5. In the blink of an eye wealth disappears, for it will sprout wings and fly away like an eagle.

23:5. Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? For riches certainly make themselves wings, Like an eagle that flieth toward heaven.

23:5. When your eyes light on it, it is gone, for suddenly it sprouts wings, flying like an eagle toward heaven.
