22:26. כִּי הִוא כְסוּתָה לְבַדָּהּ הִוא שִׂמְלָתוֹ לְעֹרוֹ בַּמֶּה יִשְׁכָּב וְהָיָה כִּי־יִצְעַק אֵלַי וְשָׁמַעְתִּי כִּי־חַנּוּן אָנִי ׃ ס

22:26. כו כי הוא כסותה לבדה הוא שמלתו לערו במה ישכב--והיה כי יצעק אלי ושמעתי כי חנון אני  {ס}

22:26. כִּי הִוא [כְסוּתָה כ] (כְסוּתֹו ק) לְבַדָּהּ הִוא שִׂמְלָתֹו לְעֹרֹו בַּמֶּה יִשְׁכָּב וְהָיָה כִּי־יִצְעַק אֵלַי וְשָׁמַעְתִּי כִּי־חַנּוּן אָנִי׃ ס

22:26. ‏אִם־חָבֹ֥ל תַּחְבֹּ֖ל שַׂלְמַ֣ת רֵעֶ֑ךָ עַד־בֹּ֥א הַשֶּׁ֖מֶשׁ תְּשִׁיבֶ֥נּוּ לֽוֹ׃

22:26. If you do take the garment of your neighbor in pledge, you must return it to him by the time the sun goes down,

22:26. If you take your neighbor's cloak as security for a loan, you must return it before sunset.

22:26. You might take their cloak to make sure they pay the money back, but you must give that cloak back to them before sunset.
