119:78. יֵבֹשׁוּ זֵדִים כִּי־שֶׁקֶר עִוְּתוּנִי אֲנִי אָשִׂיחַ בְּפִקּוּדֶיךָ ׃

119:78. עח   יבשו זדים כי-שקר עותוני    אני אשיח בפקודיך

119:78. יֵבֹשׁוּ זֵדִים כִּי־שֶׁקֶר עִוְּתוּנִי אֲנִי אָשִׂיחַ בְּפִקּוּדֶיךָ׃

119:78. ‏יֵבֹ֣שׁוּ זֵ֭דִים כִּי־שֶׁ֣קֶר עִוְּת֑וּנִי אֲ֝נִ֗י אָשִׂ֥יחַ בְּפִקּוּדֶֽיךָ׃

119:78. May the arrogant be humiliated, for they have slandered me! But I meditate on your precepts.

119:78. Bring disgrace upon the arrogant people who lied about me; meanwhile, I will concentrate on your commandments.

119:78. Let the proud be put to shame; For they have overthrown me wrongfully: But I will meditate on thy precepts.

119:78. Let the insolent be put to shame, because they have wronged me with falsehood; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.

119:78. Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: [but] I will meditate in thy precepts.

119:78. Let the godless be put to shame, because they have subverted me with guile; as for me, I will meditate on thy precepts.

119:78. Let the proud be ashamed; for they have overthrown me wrongfully: {cf15i but} I will meditate in thy precepts.

119:78. Ashamed are the proud, For [with] falsehood they dealt perversely with me. I meditate in Thy precepts.

119:78. Bring shame on those proud people who lied about me. All I want to do is study your instructions.
