40:11. הָפֵץ עֶבְרוֹת אַפֶּךָ וּרְאֵה כָל־גֵּאֶה וְהַשְׁפִּילֵהוּ ׃

40:11. יא   הפץ עברות אפך    וראה כל-גאה והשפילהו

40:11. Scatter abroad the abundance of your anger. Look at every proud man and bring him low;
