12:15. הֵן יַעְצֹר בַּמַּיִם וְיִבָשׁוּ וִישַׁלְּחֵם וְיַהַפְכוּ אָרֶץ ׃

12:15. טו   הן יעצר במים ויבשו    וישלחם ויהפכו ארץ

12:15. If he holds back the waters, then they dry up; if he releases them, they destroy the land.
