15:5. וּבָעִתִּים הָהֵם אֵין שָׁלוֹם לַיּוֹצֵא וְלַבָּא כִּי מְהוּמֹת רַבּוֹת עַל כָּל־יוֹשְׁבֵי הָאֲרָצוֹת ׃

15:5. ה ובעתים ההם אין שלום ליוצא ולבא  כי מהומת רבות על כל ישבי הארצות

15:5. ‏וּבָעִתִּ֣ים הָהֵ֔ם אֵ֥ין שָׁל֖וֹם לַיּוֹצֵ֣א וְלַבָּ֑א כִּ֚י מְהוּמֹ֣ת רַבּ֔וֹת עַ֥ל כָּל־יוֹשְׁבֵ֖י הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃

15:5. In those days no one could travel safely, for total chaos had overtaken all the people of the surrounding lands.
