2:25. וַיִּשְׁלַח הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה בְּיַד בְּנָיָהוּ בֶן־יְהוֹיָדָע וַיִּפְגַּע־בּוֹ וַיָּמֹת ׃ ס

2:25. כה וישלח המלך שלמה ביד בניהו בן יהוידע ויפגע בו וימת  {ס}

2:25. וַיִּשְׁלַח הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה בְּיַד בְּנָיָהוּ בֶן־יְהֹויָדָע וַיִּפְגַּע־בֹּו וַיָּמֹת׃ ס

2:25. ‏וַיִּשְׁלַח֙ הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה בְּיַ֖ד בְּנָיָ֣הוּ בֶן־יְהוֹיָדָ֑ע וַיִּפְגַּע־בּ֖וֹ וַיָּמֹֽת׃ ס

2:25. King Solomon then sent Benaiah son of Jehoiada, and he killed Adonijah.

2:25. So King Solomon ordered Benaiah son of Jehoiada to execute him, and Adonijah was put to death.
