40:7. וַיִּשְׁאַל H7592 W-VQY3MS אֶת H853 PART ־ CPUN סְרִיסֵי H5631 פַרְעֹה H6547 EMS אֲשֶׁר H834 RPRO אִתּוֹ H854 PREP-3MS בְמִשְׁמַר H4929 בֵּית H1004 CMS אֲדֹנָיו H113 לֵאמֹר H559 L-VQFC מַדּוּעַ H4069 IPRO פְּנֵיכֶם H6440 CMP-2MP רָעִים H7451 AMP הַיּֽוֹם H3117 D-NMS ׃ EPUN

40:7. וַיִּשְׁאַל אֶת־סְרִיסֵי פַרְעֹה אֲשֶׁר אִתּוֹ בְמִשְׁמַר בֵּית אֲדֹנָיו לֵאמֹר מַדּוּעַ פְּנֵיכֶם רָעִים הַיּוֹם ׃

40:7. ז וישאל את סריסי פרעה אשר אתו במשמר בית אדניו--לאמר  מדוע פניכם רעים היום

40:7. וַיִּשְׁאַל אֶת־סְרִיסֵי פַרְעֹה אֲשֶׁר אִתֹּו בְמִשְׁמַר בֵּית אֲדֹנָיו לֵאמֹר מַדּוּעַ פְּנֵיכֶם רָעִים הַיֹּום׃

40:7. ‏וַיִּשְׁאַ֞ל אֶת־סְרִיסֵ֣י פַרְעֹ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר אִתּ֧וֹ בְמִשְׁמַ֛ר בֵּ֥ית אֲדֹנָ֖יו לֵאמֹ֑ר מַדּ֛וּעַ פְּנֵיכֶ֥ם רָעִ֖ים הַיּֽוֹם׃

40:7. So he asked Pharaoh's officials, who were with him in custody in his master's house, "Why do you look so sad today?"

40:7. "Why do you look so worried today?" he asked them.
